Message	that never arrived. It was an expensive DVD that had "delivery confirmation" which only shows it was delivered somewhere in my zip code. I have a locked mailbox and the USPS person has the master key. Somehow, my package was delivered but I never got it. Because of the vague delivery confirmation receipt, I lost my $50 in the paypal dispute. Most of my shipping problems have been due to insufficient packaging by the sender. FedEx 3-day air or service has never let me down.
